Training

Congleton District Voluntary Action hosts the Cheshire-wide Voluntary Action Training Project.  Packages of training are developed and delivered by Maureen Fleet, the project's qualified trainer.

The project offers free, short, participatory training sessions - typically of 2 - 3 hours duration - for staff, trustees and volunteers from voluntary organsiations and community groups across Cheshire.  Sessions are delivered throught the Council's for Voluntary Service/Voluntary Action's throughout Cheshire.

Training can also be tailored to meet your organsiation's specific needs and delivered direct to you at your own facility, where appropriate.  All training is designed to enable participants to have fun whilst learning at the same time.
